Runs the factory floor. From fruit sourcing to the recycled wrapper, she keeps the plant, the people and the standards in order. If it carries the Aaha name it has passed her bar first.
Owns what actually comes off the line. Turning the recipes into a repeatable, honest product, mango to jamun to lapsi, batch after batch, without the added sugar creeping back in.
